I graduated from New England Culinary Institute but decided that I didn’t want to work in a stuffy, crowded kitchen! I wanted to grow and raise the products that I cooked and baked with to ensure the highest quality and keep that connection with the land. I love baking artisanal breads, cakes and pastries!

I love working with my hands and I love animals so farming is the perfect fit for me. I enjoy putting my hands in the soil and pulling out something tasty to eat. I also love woodworking which is handy as there is always something new to build for the animals like a milking stand!
