I enjoy growing and raising the products that I cook and bake with to ensure the highest quality and keep that connection with the land. I love baking artisanal breads, cakes and pastries from numerous countries and cultures!

I love working with my hands and I love animals so farming is the perfect fit for me. I enjoy putting my hands in the soil and pulling out something tasty to eat. I also baking cookies and cakes and incorporating some British childhood flavors into our offerings.
