Japanese Shokupan

This is a small loaf of fluffy white bread that works great for sandwiches or to have toasted with butter and jam. Most of the time I can’t resist eating a few slices plain as it is such a flavorful bread!

Stone Baked Flatbreads

Marzipan Cake (Seasonal)

Growing up I would actually peel the marzipan off cakes, eat the marzipan and leave the cake! This cake, though is one that I would want to eat as the marzipan is in the cake batter itself! This soft fluffy cake is a tribute to almonds made with marzipan, amaretto and almonds in a sugared top layer.
